Cryptographic Engineer
Work with our team to build the cryptographic foundations needed to protect digital assets and educate developers on practical use of your tools. This role includes the development of general-purpose cryptography software designed by and for cryptographers, as well as application-specific interfaces to encapsulate protocol logic into a developer-friendly package.
Software Engineer
Work with our team on contributing to projects involving a Rust codebase within the first few months. This role requires that you have experience with the following: (1) assembling and/or contributing substantially to projects implemented using Rust; or (2) using languages that share Rust’s paradigms and design goals (concurrency, strong typing, memory safety) such as Golang, Haskell, C++, and OCaml. We’ll invest in your growth as an engineer and will work together to help you gain the domain knowledge you need to grow into increasing independence in the role.
Senior Software Engineer
Work with our team on managing projects involving a Rust codebase from day one. This role requires that you have significant experience with the following: (1) assembling and/or contributing substantially to projects implemented using Rust; or (2) using languages that share Rust’s paradigms and design goals (concurrency, strong typing, memory safety) such as Golang, Haskell, C++, and OCaml. (3) planning and managing the full software development lifecycle for multiple ongoing projects, including architectural design, identifying appropriate tools and frameworks, setting project timelines, and reviewing contributions from team members and external contributors. You will be expected to either possess or quickly acquire an understanding of Rust best practices and apply them as you contribute to a medium-sized project.
Development Manager (Remote, USA)
We are seeking a Development Manager that will direct the day-to-day design, development, and deployment of Bolt’s products. In addition, the Development Manager sets expectations and provides on-going feedback to ensure that all team members understand their roles, responsibilities and the overall goals of the project(s) that are actively being developed.
